Beginning the process by providing choice of real estate agents, accompanying our client in walk-throughs, completing space plans for possible locations, receiving bids on constructions, negotiating lease options, procuring permits, specifying finishes, managing the construction process, procuring all furniture needs including installation, and providing the move and move management.
