History
Optimum, Inc. was
established in 1995 as a total facility solutions provider, dedicated to
the
commercial, institutional and organizational marketplace. James R.
O'Donnell, Principal and Chief
Creative Director, worked for many years as a facility planner and
designer within several large organizations, and, while performing his
responsibilities, identified a need for a new organization
that could provide an overall facility solution service, incorporating
aspects of Design, Project Management and Asset Procurement.
Optimum quickly caught the interest of several clients, both large and
small, and O'Donnell set
out to place his special spin on the world of facility design and
management. He quickly found that organizations are in a constant state
of transition, and require experience and understanding in
order to efficiently handle these transitions. He also found that these
organizations spent many
man hours and dollars to facilitate these transitions without an easily
identifiable return on their investment. O'Donnell offered his
expertise, and through the Optimum system, he was able to
design and manage these transitions in a timely and smooth fashion,
while saving these
organizations thousands of dollars.
Optimum has remained a small organization that is committed to a
hands-on approach and high
-quality delivery. This allows Optimum to remain very flexible, so we
can react quickly to our client requirements. Additionally, Optimum has
